William Simpson is a qualified and experienced construction manager/trade NVQ assessor, teacher and lecturer. He has taught at the North West Kent College and at the Skills Gateway in Rochester. His subjects range from level 1 Basic Construction Operations to the CIOB Construction Management course. As an external NVQ assessor at South Kent College and the Birmingham NVQ Assessment Training centre he has assessed level 2-3 trades, including steel fixing, ground works, carpentry, brick work, roofing operations and levels 3-7 supervisory and construction management candidates.
William brings to his teaching and assessment roles a depth of managerial and trade experience. His experiences include running his own construction maintenance company, the management of construction projects and sites, and has held positions such as customer care manager for a national house builder, company development and H&S manager and CSCS profiled route reviewer.

He brings a unique blend of sound commercial business knowledge combined with academic teaching and learning pedagody to the Rivasure construction management distance learning programmes.
