Our GAP courses aim to guide Construction Management and Supervisor Learners to understand and to perform to current H&S legislation, practices and procedures.
Our GAP courses also aim to instruct, form and strengthen a practicing Construction Manger’s and Supervisor’s resolve to manage their sites with regards to H&S and all other aspects at an appropriate professional level, from a moral, cost and legislative perspective.
Our GAP courses (guiding and profiling) is characterised by our focus on mentoring and profiling candidates by using professional case studies, connecting the candidate’s experiences to those of other practicing professionals, including my own, to aid and recreate professional construction Managers and Supervisors and to aid Supervisors to make the jump into Management. We achieve this by filling in knowledge and performance gaps, hence GAP Courses.
In the design of our courses we have addressed the issue of achieving a professional qualification without having to be an academic. Our mentoring style is based on the concept of giving the correct information in a style that guides, supports and further equips construction managers and construction management and Supervisor learners.
Are you looking to become a more Competent Manager ? or struggling to find enough Competent Managers? or perhaps you are making the jump to Construction Site Supervisor or Assistant Manager. These newly launched online GAP training courses aim to go some way to meet these needs.
