William Simpson is a qualified and experienced construction consultant to the contruction industry, manager/trade NVQ assessor, teacher and lecturer. He has taught at the North West Kent College and at the Skills Gateway in Rochester. His subjects range from level 1 Basic Construction Operations to the CIOB Construction Management course. As an external NVQ assessor at South Kent College and the Birmingham NVQ Assessment Training centre he has assessed level 2-3 trades, including steel fixing, ground works, carpentry, brick work, roofing operations and levels 3-7 supervisory and construction management candidates.
