Since the days of the CSCS Profiled Route, which allowed CSCS skills cards to be gained without qualification, we have continued with our commitment to support managers of construction to stay competitive and employable within the construction industry.

Today the preferred and only viable route for working managers to gain a CSCS Manager or CSCS Supervisor Card is the NVQ Assessment Route. Achieving an Edexcel NVQ Diploma at Level 6 or Level 7 will open the door to you becoming a Member of the Institute of Builders (MCIOB).

Whatever you seek, NVQ Qualifications, fast-tracked CSCS Black Cards, MCIOB Application, we recognise that we all need assistance at sometime or other. So we give support where needed via online CPD courses, NVQ Guidance and personal one-to-one Mentoring.

A mentoring programme is different from a mentoring course.  Our  mentoring programmes can be best described as a journey in which we take candidates at supervisor or assistant manager level to full professional management recognition.  Our mentoring courses enable those on the journey, whatever their current level is, to reach their immediate goal and long term professional destination.

We do this via our personal and online services to managers of construction, as follows:

We connect our candidates to what is being asked of them, to their working experience and to the working experiences of practicing professionals. Candidates are then able, in most cases, to authentically meet the knowledge and performance criteria’s of their course or applications. Additional Support by a Work Based Recorder

The NVQ process by design is a matter of completing an academic process.  The problem is that many construction management NVQ candidates do not come from an academic background. As with our previous CSCS card applications, at RivaSure we can provide, on request, and where needed, added Work Based Recorder NVQ guidance & support.
