All successful persons have had help at some point in their journey and finding the answers is much easier if one first understands the questions. At RivaSure, by design, we offer the ‘Wiser Choice’. Our mentoring services enable our candidates to successfully engage with their promotional studies, either on our courses, or courses provided by others which they are currently undertaking such as their management or supervisory NVQ’s.
We do this by connecting our candidates to what is being asked of them to their working experience and their working experiences. They are then able, in most cases, to authentically meet their NVQ knowledge and performance criteria. If there is a knowledge or performance shortfall, we are able to bridge that GAP with online assistance in the shape of a taught course, via interactive online Q&A assistance or through sound advice.
Our mission is to enable and equip academics and non academics to achieve academic qualifications and professional recognition using a user friendly teaching and learning style (pedagogy) which best suits construction industry learners via our online mentoring tuition.
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person and I am sure we have all welcomed this type of guidance at the right time.

Following on from our CSCS Profiling and NVQ Assessment history, we are pleased to have constructed a friendly learning environment in which we are able to assist those needing help.
An important part of this NVQ mentoring is our online Rivasure Learning Portal, NVQ Guidance Podcasts and NVQ Personal Mentoring using ZOOM conferencing, an App installed on your smart phone, PC, or device.
