“My case was one that I took to Rivasure in September 2012 as it was rather complex and I thought that I would have to re-sit my NVQ 4 in site management due to “lost” paperwork by my college dating back to when I got my first CSCS managers card in 2004, although I was now trying to get my third card.
After much help and guidance I finally got my black card in October 2012. This was after discussions and advice from both William and Andrew who were instrumental in helping me gain my rightful card. The people at CSCS listened to my case (via e-mail) and acted accordingly with the correct outcome.
I can honestly say that without William and Andrews help I do not know where I would be in relation to holding a current card. They helped me out and they could help out anyone out there that wishes to obtain their own cards. ”
