Constructive Change.
Change is here to stay and letting the dust settle under your feet allows mushrooms to grow and little else! However, happiness is often linked to success. I am certainly one who enjoys success, as do our clients and customers, and I expect you do to, but success never comes easily or is instant, but often needs to be ground out with the support of others. Support is what we do at RivaSure!
So what’s recently been happening at RivaSure is quite exciting. In August 2018 we finished a year’s project working with MKTS providing Concrete Instruction at the Royal School of Military Engineering. It’s now full steam ahead to contunue the development of our support and guidance services Andrew and I have established at RivaSure.
So what have we been doing? Let’s hear from our clients.
“Thanks for everything you do to help me”. I do appreciate it massively” C. Contracts Manager in training-Recipient of a Construction Management NVQ Diploma level 6 through RivaSure.
“The proudest day of my professional life! Today I have been accepted as a member of the Chartered Institute of building and can now use the letters MCIOB after my name and call myself a Chartered Construction Manager. Many thanks Will”. K.
On a corporate level we have assisted companies with their CHAS and Construction line SSIPs accreditations and as a direct result of our H&S Consultancy work, one of our clients won a NFRC Health & Safety Company Gold Award.
We have also completed and have gone live with our New Construction Management NVQ Unit Intro videos on Youtube (free) and have also gone live with a New NVQ (QCF) level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management (General Route) knowledge statement audio pod cast guidance series.
We are also pleased to announce the immanent release of a New knowledge statement audio pod cast guidance series for the Occupational Works Supervisor NVQ 3. It is my experience that this level 3 NVQ is the most popular route for gaining a CSCS Gold Supervisors card.
Our other online products are being used regularly which for us means they are current and pertinent and as for me and my development, I will be attending March 2019 an Adult Mental Health 2 day training course and in April I have accepted an invitation to familiarise myself with an online NVQ E-portfolio to be adopted by a provider we are currently working with.
I just checked; not too much dust under my feet! I often state in my learning material,
“Give your studies the time you and they deserve”.
As important,
“The investment you place in yourself and your company will be the foundation on which tomorrow you will stand”.
Offering Company Development services to construction companies, I am brought in to hard working environments as an added pair of eyes to highlight mostly the obvious strengths, failings and work arounds, other senior management members are too busy to identify, implement and manage. My point here is that it is often thought that we are too busy to invest and change. If this is the case then I believe it may also be true that you are too busy not to invest and change.
Change is here to stay. Let us know if we can assist.
Thanks for reading, Will.
