“I did it my way and then I did it William’s way, the result was…..When I started the course William said that I should read the guidance material and listen to the podcasts. I didn’t do this as I was not familiar with the system and I found I was struggling with the questions. In fact I raced ahead and messed up about 10 questions that I had to delete and start again.
